By selling or trading a device to CR Cell Depot, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Device Ownership:
   You confirm that you are the legal owner of the device and that it is not lost, stolen, or financed. CR Cell Depot reserves the right to refuse any device.
   
   
2. Account Removal:
   All devices must have iCloud, Google, Samsung, or any other security accounts fully removed before completing the transaction. Devices with active locks will not be accepted.
   
   

3. Device Condition: 
   The final offer is based on the physical and functional condition of the device at the time of inspection. Any undisclosed damage may affect the final price.
   
   

4. IMEI Verification:
   All devices are subject to IMEI and serial number verification. Devices reported as lost, stolen, or blacklisted will be rejected.
   
   
5. Data Responsibility: 
   It is the customer’s responsibility to back up and remove all personal data before selling the device. CR Cell Depot is not responsible for lost data.
   
   
6. Final Sale: 
   All transactions are final. Once payment is issued, the device becomes the property of CR Cell Depot and cannot be returned.
   
   

7. Right to Refuse Service:
   

   CR Cell Depot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
   
   

8. Changes to Terms:

   CR Cell Depot may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
